Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid subscriptions on Gambit Fantasy. The Free tier involves no payment and needs no refund policy. For questions about billing, email legal@gambitfantasy.app.
Individual Pro — $29 / year
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with Individual Pro, request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date and we will refund your payment in full, no questions asked. After 30 days, subscription fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation
You can cancel your Individual Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing — you will not be charged at your next renewal date. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the 30-day window.
Auto-Renewal Charges
We send a reminder email at least 7 days before your annual renewal charge. If you are charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it as a one-time courtesy.
League Pro — $149 / league / season
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
The commissioner who purchased League Pro can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, League Pro payments are non-refundable.
Note: the 30-day window typically falls before or shortly after the season starts. Refund requests made after the season has begun are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Cancellation and Access
League Pro does not auto-renew; it is a one-time purchase per season. Cancellation (after the refund window) removes Pro features from the league at the end of the current season. All league members retain access to Pro features — including Gambit AI and advanced analytics — through the end of the season for which League Pro was purchased.
Mid-Season Cancellations
We do not issue refunds for League Pro after the 30-day window, including mid-season cancellations due to a league disbanding, members leaving, or commissioner changes. If exceptional circumstances warrant consideration, contact us and we will review the situation.
What We Do Not Refund
- ▪Purchases made more than 30 days ago
- ▪Subscriptions cancelled mid-period after the 30-day window
- ▪Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
- ▪Dissatisfaction with NFL player performance or game outcomes
- ▪Disagreements with the one-start rule or other core game mechanics
How to Request a Refund
Email legal@gambitfantasy.app with:
- ▪The email address on your account
- ▪The plan you purchased (Individual Pro or League Pro)
- ▪Your purchase date
- ▪A brief reason (optional, but helpful)
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We respond to all chargebacks and provide documentation to your card issuer. We'd much rather just resolve it directly — please email us first.
